This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit dorapp.eu, contact us or request a demo, and when you use the DORApp 14-day free trial ("Trial"). It also explains how we handle data received from Google APIs (section XIII). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

- Login credentials, if you use the Trial;
- Usage data (e.g., activity logs, session details, pages visited);
- Technical data (e.g., device and browser type, IP address).
IV. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To answer your inquiries and demo requests;
- To provide you with access to the Trial and to manage your Trial account;
- To analyze website and Trial usage in order to improve our services;
- To measure and improve our advertising, where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
The legal bases for processing are:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the Trial and answering your requests;

V. DATA USE LIMITATION
Personal data collected during the Trial is processed exclusively for evaluation purposes. The Trial must not be used for production, commercial or mission-critical activities.

- Trial data: if you do not transition to a paid subscription, your personal data will be retained for no longer than 60 days after the end of the Trial.
- Inquiries and demo requests: retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up communication.
- After these periods, personal data is permanently deleted, unless retention is necessary for compliance with legal obligations or for the defense of legal claims.
VII. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Personal data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, are applied to protect your data.

XIII. GOOGLE USER DATA
To manage our own advertising, we use an internal tool ("DORApp Ads Agent") that accesses our company's Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts through Google's APIs, with the permission of the account holders. The tool reads campaign, keyword and website performance data to prepare reports and recommendations for our marketing team, and makes changes to our Google Ads account only after a team member approves them. This data is stored only on company devices, is used only for this purpose, and is not sold or shared with third parties. Access can be withdrawn at any time in the Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
