Applicable To: Users of the 14-Day Trial of DORApp, provided by u-centrix d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our")

1. Trial Purpose and Scope

This 14-day free trial ("Trial") is offered solely to allow you ("you", "the user") to evaluate the features and functionality of the DORApp software-as-a-service platform ("DORApp"). The Trial is intended exclusively for internal evaluation and testing purposes. You may not use DORApp during the Trial for any commercial, production, or mission-critical activities.

2. No Warranty – "As Is"

DORApp is provided "as is" during the Trial, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that DORApp will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or fit for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the Trial.

3. Data Use and Loss

Any data entered or generated during the Trial may be deleted at the end of the Trial period. You are solely responsible for backing up any data you wish to retain. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data.

4. Trial Period and Termination

The Trial will expire automatically 14 days after activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Trial at any time, without notice, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in DORApp remain the sole property of u-centrix d.o.o.. The Trial does not grant you any rights to DORApp except the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and evaluate the service.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use DORApp for production, live, or customer-facing activities;
  
  
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to derive source code from DORApp;
  
  
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security mechanisms;
  
  
• Share access credentials with third parties or allow third-party use of the Trial.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of or related to your use of the Trial, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Trial after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
